Project: C.H.E.K Your Health
This morning, I found this pic on Momentum for Life trainer Leila Lutz’s facebook wall. She had shared it from the wall of her fellow C.H.E.K practitioner Michael Johnson (who, if you follow the comments, stole it from a guy called Tony).
The pic illustrates what happens when a dob of processed margarine (top) and a dob of organic butter (bottom) is left out for Mother Nature.
The result?
A thriving hive of activity on the natural organic butter product verses a few dead ants floating the juice of the processed margarine. If you are prepared to listen, Mother Nature will speak to you loud and clear.
And if ants won’t eat margarine, should you?
