Forget Breakfast at Tiffany’s, one look at this picture and I’d take breakfast at Momentum for Life (MFL) any day.

One of our first Project C.H.E.K Your Health lessons provided by Jo, Gus and Leila was in the art of breakfast. With the aim of becoming fat burners (instead of sugar burners) we were steered away from high-carb/low-protein breakfasts such as muesli, boxed cereals, toast and fruit salads… and moved towards high fat/protein options instead.

Most mornings we start the day now with the MFL smoothie. It’s healthy, it’s nutritous, it’s protein-packed and it’s DELICIOUS! To be honest, I’m not sure what we’d do without them anymore!

Momentum For Life Organic Smoothie (Serves Two)

  • One fresh coconut – water and pulp
  • Four organic eggs from happy chickens that have been pasteur raised
  • Fruit – banana, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries or a combination of seasonal fruits – organic where possible
  • Coconut oil

Blend and serve.

Try it at home. You’ll never look back.
